Conceptual project as part of the competition for revitalization of the city boulevard. 

The design goal was to create a space tailored to the city's inhabitants. A targeted project for all generations. The guiding element that unites the boulevard is a circle that connects two banks. The project is intentionally divided into stages of implementation to feel how the implementation will be received in each season of the year
